1. What types of counselling services do you offer? Zen Counselling offers individual, couples, and online/telephone counselling sessions. We also provide unique walk-and-talk therapy.
2. How much do the sessions cost?
- Individual sessions: £50
- Couples sessions: £65
- Telephone/Online sessions: £50
3. Do you offer any concessions? Yes, we offer concessions for students and individuals on low income.
4. What workshops and training programs do you provide? We offer workshops on Trauma-Focused CBT, Sand Tray Therapy, and courses for addressing domestic abuse and PTSD. Fees start at £80 a session for a 5hrs CPD workshop.
5. Who can attend your workshops? Our workshops are suitable for therapists, counsellors, social workers, and anyone interested in personal development.
6. What supervision services do you offer? We provide individual and group supervision sessions for therapists and counsellors. Individual supervision is £50 per hour, £60 per 1hr 30min and groups of 3-4 £30 1hr 30mins.
7. Do you offer concessions for supervision? Yes, we offer reduced rates for newly qualified therapists and students.
8. What types of clients do you work with? We work with individuals, couples, young people, adults, and mental health professionals.
